Dear Parents, Attached is the enrollment form
for The Catholic Church of the Incarnation Preschool & Mother’s Day Out
Program 2008/09 school year. Registration
for parishioners and existing students will be on Wednesday, January 23rd,
in the Fellowship Hall, from 8:30 a.m. until 10:30 a.m.
Open registration (non-parishioners) will begin at 11:00 a.m.
Enrollment is on a first-come, first-served basis, based on registration
number issued during registration. Parishioners,
existing students and siblings are given first priority for enrollment.
As a time saver, please complete your child’s enrollment form prior to
registration. Additional forms and
information may be obtained from the website at www.incarnationpreschoolmdo.com.
Please indicate the days you prefer on the registration form.
Every effort will be made to place your child in the class you wish.
The $40.00 non-refundable registration fee must accompany the enrollment form.
The remaining fees (Activity Fee and May 2009 tuition) will be due once
your child’s placement in the program has been confirmed or no later than May
15, 2008. All
additional paperwork will be completed at orientation.
Please note, if your child is withdrawn from the program, prior to the
start of the school year, these fees are non-refundable.
If your child is withdrawn at any point during the school year, the May
tuition will be applied to the child’s last month’s tuition.
However, the activity fee is non-refundable. To maintain a quality program, an increase in tuition has been implemented. In comparison to other preschools our fees are still competitive. I think we all agree it is a great investment. The activity fee and monthly tuition for 2008/09 will be as follows: Activity Fee One-Day Per Week Two Days Per Week Three Days Per Week Four Days Per Week $50.00 per child $80.00 $160.00 $240.00 $320.00 If you have any questions, please feel free to contact me at 861-5414.
