Spaghetti Dinner Baskets

The planning has started for the 12^th Annual Spaghetti Dinner and Silent Auction which will be held on Saturday, February 5, 2011 .  That may seem like months away, but it will be here before we know it.  We need your help in contributing to the class baskets that will be auctioned off the night of the event.

Please leave the price tags on your donation so we can calculate the value of the basket.  We are also collecting empty baskets, containers, and decorative boxes.  If you have any you would like to donate, they would be greatly appreciated.  There will be donation boxes in the hall located at each classroom or you may drop it off at Ms. Connie’s office.

If you would prefer to make a monetary donation, please put it in an envelope marked “Auction Basket Donation” and place it in the tuition basket in Ms. Connie’s office.  The money will be used to purchase items needed to complete the baskets.

Your help is crucial in making this a successful event.  This is the major fundraiser for the Preschool and all proceeds go directly back into the program.  Please remember to sign up to volunteer for a committee.  Sign up sheets are in the hall.
