Spaghetti Dinner & Auction
This year marks
the 12th Annual Church of the Incarnation
Preschool and Mother’s Day Out Spaghetti Dinner and Silent Auction, which will
be held
Saturday, February 5, 2011. We would like to ask for your
support by making a donation from your business.
This is our major
fundraiser for the year and all proceeds directly benefit the Preschool.
This fun-filled, family event includes a live and silent auction, plus a
menu including an old family recipe of homemade spaghetti gravy and Italian
spinach. Last year we had
approximately 400 auction items, served 800 people dinner and raised
approximately $40,000! We know with
your help we can exceed last year’s goal!
All of the
sponsors’ names will appear in the program and on signs displayed at the
dinner. In addition, you will have
exposure on flyers distributed prior to the event to over 1,500 families in our
parish, on our website and throughout the community.
We realize that
these are tough economic times, but ask that you consider your tax-deductible
donation an investment in the future of a young child.
The Church of the Incarnation Preschool & Mother’s Day Out is an
inclusive, unique program that offers a loving, Christian environment to
children ages one through five years old. Our
mission is to provide hands-on educational opportunities and to embrace all
children regardless of their ability or special needs.
We are asking
that donations be made as soon as possible in order to prepare the flyers,
posters and publicity. A member of
our committee will follow up with you in the coming weeks or you may mail your
donation directly to the Preschool. We
appreciate your donation in making this event a success.
