School Hours

Parents and children should enter the building through the double glass doors in the rear of the building near the playground or the front entrance of Preschool and Mother's Day Out.  

All doors will be locked from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.  Anyone needing to enter between these hours must go to the front doors to obtain entry and secure a visitor's pass.

HOLIDAYS & CLOSINGS - See the school calendar for holidays.  For inclement weather we will close with the Shelby County Schools.

DROP OFF - Bring your child to the classroom at 9:30 a.m.  Please do not arrive early, since our teachers are preparing for the day.

PICK UP - We appreciate your promptness in picking up your child at 2:30 p.m.  Children will never be released to any one other than a parent, unless indicated on the sign-in sheet or the preschool office has been notified.  Individuals other than a parent may be asked for a photo ID.  If for some reason, you are late, please contact the preschool office. Messages will be checked throughout the day. There will be a $10 late charge assessed for habitual tardiness in picking up your child.

Before and After Care is determined each year at Orientation based on the number of interested parents.  If you are interested in Before and/or After Care, download and complete the form and return it at Orientation.

Before School Care will be available from 8:00 a.m. – 9:30 a.m.  The rate is $7.00 per day per child.
