It is time to get ready for our biggest fundraiser! We have our committee
chairpersons and they need your help. Those of you, who have had children attend
the preschool in the
past, know how important this is. Those of you, who are new, are about to find
out.
We depend on this fundraiser
to supply the teachers and children with what they need to make the teaching and
learning experience a positive one for all. Without the fundraiser, tuition
would rise significantly. So please consider donating your very valuable time to

Make
calls to businesses that have donated in the past and ask them to give again.
You will be supplied with the names and numbers. The more volunteers, the fewer
calls each person will have to make. Also need people to pick up various items around Collierville,
Germantown
and
Memphis
.
Tax-deductible donations are accepted for the
Auction from local merchants and individuals. No item is too big
or too small!!! Business and individuals can also become sponsors

If you
like to be involved behind the scenes, this committee is for you. There is
limited cooking involved. It is more serving and organizing. The kitchen
committee works hard, but they have a good time doing it. Also need an outgoing person to make a handful of phone calls to those who have donated food
and drinks in the past.
Shifts are
3:30 - 6:30 and 6:30 - 9:30.

We get
lots of donations that are put together in baskets or the like, to make one
large donation. An example is a Fiesta basket that contains margarita mix,
tequila, chips and dip etc. Your duties would be to put these baskets together
and wrap them making them look very appealing. You do not have to be
“Martha Stewart” to do this!

You can
sign up to help before or after the dinner. We need people to set up tables and
chairs and take those same table and chairs down when it is over.
We like to recruit some of our dads to help with this, but we also need
mom’s help.
